Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit

Whew! What a name for a vehicle, but it turns out, the vehicle is just as amazing as its name.
Please meet Sharky, or Sharkfin. The newest addition to our family appropriately named by Jadeyn due to the color (pretty close to shark skin) and due to the antenna on top (which more or less could be considered a fin!).

It was a tough decision to narrow down the choices of what we would like to get. We had kinda set out intending on getting a truck. I was set on the Toyota Tacoma, and Kevin was set on the Ford Raptor. Turns out the Tacoma was too small and, well, the Raptor was incredible, but just too dang big!!! So we investigated other options.

My decision was an easy one: the Jeep won me over the moment I touched the heated steering wheel!!! And well, it was a no-brainer after that!

The features on this vehicle are pretty awesome. Some of our favorites are the heated and cooled leather seats along with the heated steering wheel. The rear back-up camera has made hooking up the trailer a breeze. Adaptive Cruise control that automatically slows you down when you are approaching another vehicle and then speeds you back up after you pass. A massive sunroof that is pretty much the entire roof of the vehicle (this is Jadeyn's favorite feature).



















Kevin's favorite feature is the hydraulic system which, at the touch of a button can give you about 10 more inches of clearance as your whole vehicle raises up! Oh, and even at regular height, you can push another button and it lowers you down a few more inches to make it easier to get in and out of!! Oh he also loves the stitched leather dash and seats!

On our first day of ownership, we headed straight to the Rocky Mountains to test it out on some dirt and rocks! Beautiful. It is incredible at how quiet it is as well, we can whisper and hear each other perfectly over the road noise. Towing the RZR is a breeze!

Overall, we are incredibly happy with our choice and know we will love it!!
