On New Years Day we made a really big decision! We had been contemplating moving to a new home for the last few months and it has been a fun/exciting/stressful process. Well, we found one that we finally all fell in love with, its still in our neighborhood and school zone and it pretty much matched all our needs and want and then some. We went through the offer process and the counter-offer process and realized that we just need to wait a week or two and let the sellers think about it since we were still so far apart on price. Well, the sellers waited two days and then contacted us...on New Year's Day! Wow! We took a couple hours to think about it and crunch numbers and then I decided to ask Jadeyn what he thought about it. He was really sick over new year's so pardon the hair! But here was his answer:
Pretty cute! Of all the houses we looked at, Jadeyn was so-so, interested but not really excited, concerned about his school, etc. We were halfway through viewing this house for the first time when he announced that he loved it, inside and out! And well, we all kinda felt the same way!
So now, we will be moving a whopping .101 miles away as the crow flies!!! As the car drives, it will only be .301! Nice!!
